Refunds & Returns


mygodness strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging.

You must contact us customer center prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Please refer to Return & Exchange for the terms as following:

1.Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order.

2.Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong item. Because of high cost in international shipping, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

Please contact our customer support (mygodness.servcie@outlook.com) before sending the products back.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

3.Refund
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country to China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take up to 14 business days to show up on your account. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.

4.Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mygodness.servcie@outlook.com

Please note: If you find any product problems with your order after receiving the package, please keep all the products and tracking number labels of your order, we need to confirm the specific situation of the product to better help you solve the problem.

If you do not send the pictures to us, we cannot continue to process your problem. Thanks for your kindly understanding and coperation.

Returns will not be accepted without you having previously contacted our customer service team. Please do not return your parcel to the address on the shipping label as that is our shipping agent and we will not receive it.
